Special Guest of Honour for the Award presentation ceremony is Major General Raymond Nkem Ochei.

The Royal Mother of the day is HRH Omu Onyebuchibe Okonkwo, Omu of Obior

The Chairman of the Day: Dr. Henry Nzekwu, CEO of Bridge Radio Asaba.

HRM Obi Martha Dunkwu was awarded the Global Icon of African Cultural Heritage by the African Diaspora Living Legend 2023 Award Committee for her excellent service records in promoting African cultural awareness with her Omuship institution and also for promoting the ideals of the UN proclaiming the International Decade for People of African Descent (2015-2024) to promote the recognition, justice, and development of people of African descent worldwide.

The Award presentation ceremony is scheduled for 5th December 2023 at HRM Obi Martha Dunkwu Palace in Okpana, Delta State. Hon. (Dr) Kenneth Gbandi, the longest-serving European Continental Chairman and Board of Trustees of Nigerians in Diaspora Organization Europe (NIDOE), the head of the Award Committee will lead a strong 4-man Diaspora team for the Award presentation ceremony, including Mr. Henry Ambrose Ojiodu, a Nigerian-born German-based Football Manager and UEFA Licensed Coach, Mr Andrew Uwe, an ex-Nigeria international and former captain of the Nigeria team to the FIFA U-20 World Cup in the USSR in 1985, who is also currently a UEFA B License coach, and Robin Chiedu Uwachue, Europen licensed Health and Fitness Trainer all prominent member of Nigeria Diaspora community and Heritage Award Ambassadors.

The Team will continue thereafter with GbandiCare Diaspora Medical Outreach and Gbandi-Ojodu Diaspora community Football Outreach and Talents hunt in Delta North for 9 and 10 December.
