The highest decision-making organ of ADC Abuja, Nigeria has adopted the Diaspora Network (ADC-DN) of Africa, Americas, Middle East/Asia, Europe, and Oceania as the ADC 7th Zone of ADC Party of Nigeria. ADC-Diaspora Network (ADC-DN) shall be integrated into all the decision making organs of the ADC party, including Board of Trustees (BOT), National Working Committee (NWC), National Executive Council (NEC), Presidential and all the States 36 State Elections Committees.

For effective implementations and interactions with the Diaspora, a Worldwide Network of ADCDN Interim Working Committee (IWCWW) leadership has been constituted. The carefully selected and prominent Nigerian Diaspora, who subscribed to the integrity, unity and sovereignty of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as one indivisible political entity and shares in the need for a new socio-political culture in which all Nigerians home and abroad are equal members, and where no one person dominates and where no political party belongs to one individual will guide the strong Global Diaspora Network (movement). The underlisted Diaspora have been mandated to commence;

a. Actively inform, engage, and involve members of The Nigerian Diaspora to take advantage of the ADC-DN 7th Region. b. Advises the party on best policies and activities to boost and sustain full Diaspora engagement c. Develop mechanisms to further strengthen and optimize ADC-DN at inter-continental, continental and country levels

The under-listed ADC-DN Worldwide Interim Working Committee (IWCWW) members are therefore the sole legitimate individuals mandated with the (a-c) task.
