In a renewed spirit of grassroots political engagement, Hon. Kenneth Chibuogwu Gbandi embarked on a two-day thank-you, monitoring, and mobilization tour across the wards of Oshimili North Local Government Area of Delta State from 21 to 22 November 2025. The visit followed the resounding success of the Delta State ADC unveiling held on 15 November at Orchid Hotel, Asaba, an event that drew unprecedented participation and marked a new phase of reawakening within the party. Acting in alignment with the directive of the National Chairman, H.E. David Mark, who urged leaders to return to their states and wards to deepen mobilization, Hon. Gbandi led the Oshimili North leadership team across the communities that make up the LGA’s political nucleus.

Party members and ward executives turned out in significant numbers, eager to engage with a leader many regard as one of the driving forces behind ADC’s renewed direction in Delta State and the Diaspora.
