On behalf of the ADC-Diaspora Network (ADC-DN), the leaders of thought in Delta State, and indeed the broader family of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Hon. (Dr) Gbandi ADC -DN Chieftain and Hon. Rose Rahila Adamu (ADC Diaspora Woman leader warmly congratulate Hon. Justina Azuka on her historic victory as the first person to win an ADC election in the South-East, representing Onitsha North 1 constituency.

This landmark achievement is not only a personal triumph for Hon. Azuka but also a milestone for democracy and a testament to the resilient spirit of the good people of Onitsha North 1, who turned out in massive numbers, conducted themselves peacefully, and delivered this symbolic victory both stated in a joint statenent.

We salute the Friends, well-wishers, and campaign organization of Hon. Azuka for their tireless efforts, and we join them in appreciating the inspiration and support extended by former Governor Peter Obi, whose encouragement helped energize this movement for change.

The people’s decision in Onitsha North 1 is a beacon of hope for the ADC in the South-East and South-South, signaling that the winds of transformation are blowing stronger than ever. This victory shows clearly that the ADC’s message of inclusion, integrity, and service resonates deeply with the aspirations of Nigerians. It is a sign of good things to come for our great party.

As we celebrate this new chapter, we call on all ADC faithful across Nigeria and the diaspora to rally behind Hon. Azuka and build on this foundation. Together, we can expand this democratic breakthrough into a movement that reshapes the political destiny of our nation.

Congratulations once again, Hon. Justina Azuka. May your tenure bring prosperity, justice, and renewed dignity to the people you serve, and may your victory inspire many more ADC triumphs across Nigeria.
