NIDO Leadership Awards and Business Dinner

In line with our motto:  “In pursuance of National development”, Nigerians In Diaspora Organisation (NIDO) Germany is partnering with ABG Paulas and Heritage Media Network Germany to honour Nigerians who have shown remarkable leadership qualities in their areas of service.

None of the efforts of Nigerians in Diaspora will touch ground if the leaders in place do not make our great homeland receptible for these efforts. We are conscious of the difficulties our dear country is facing and are therefore gratified that some have stood their ground in pursuit of national development in their areas of jurisdiction.  Aware that acknowledgement of and reward for excellence of service is key to breeding heroes of our nation, NIDO Germany has resolved to honour some distinguished Nigerians and their friends at home and abroad who in 2013/2014 performed outstandingly in their various areas of call.

We are therefore honoured to invite you to attend the 2014 Leadership Award ceremony at a business Dinner on the 6th September, 2014 in Hamburg Germany. The event will take place at Leonardo Hotel, Mexikoring 1, 22297 Hamburg from 19:00 CET. The event will give you the opportunity to Network with the Nigerian-German Business Contact Group and Nigerian Diaspora Community.

Invited to this special dinner are all NIDO Germany officials and members, Government officials from Nigeria, the state of Hamburg, German Chamber of Commerce and friends of Nigeria in business and politics.

Registration for non NIDO members is 50 Euro and 45 Euro for students. The Theme for this Year’s Award is “Mastering Nigerian Security Challenges and Optimizing Business and Investment Opportunities” Below is a  tentative program of the week and expected dignitaries at the occasion.
